Alco Industrial Equipment provides fabrication and rebuild services by utilizing our in-house machining, mechanical, and welding departments. We have extensive experience rebuilding and manufacturing mining & construction buckets of all capacities from loaders to drag lines. Alco also provides design and engineering for custom castings and gearing on a variety of shovels and draglines. We offer solutions to wear problems and have our own line of chromium carbide wear plate. We are also a licensed repair facility (CVIP & AMVIC) and perform recertification, installation, refurbishment, and repair on all types of Mobile Cranes. We manufacture and repair booms, outriggers, and frames, and perform align-boring on turrets. We have mobile units to service your on-site mechanical and welding requirements. Alco provides service to the power generation industry through new component design & manufacture, as well as component rebuilding & repair. |
